Please note: The standard equipment delivered with the Mortar Grinder PULVERISETTE 2 does not include grinding sets. Mortars and pestles must be ordered as accessories. For contamination-free sample grinding, select the grinding set of your Mortar Grinder from seven different materials – the appropriate pestle and scraper are also supplied. A grinding set made of stainless steel without a plastic frame is available, especially for cryogenic grinding using liquid nitrogen to embrittle the material to be ground.

Grinding sets consist of a high centralised mortar bowl rimmed in a plastic frame, pestle and scraper. A grinding set made of stainless steel without a plastic frame is available, especially for cryogenic grinding using liquid nitrogen to embrittle the material to be ground.
